Digital products (software, licences and codes)
- Once a digital software licence or code has been delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
- This is because digital products are considered used once the code is issued.
- However, if you face difficulties with installation, activation or usage, our expert support team is available to provide online assistance until the issue is resolved.
Physical products (devices and hardware)
Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:
- The product is damaged on delivery.
- The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
To qualify for a refund or replacement, customers must:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
- Provide relevant details and, if requested, photographs or videos of the issue.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted after the 48-hour reporting window.
Conditions for returns (physical products only)
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and manuals included.
- Once the item is inspected and verified, we will process either a replacement or a refund (as per the customer’s choice and product availability).
- Shipping costs for returning an item may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Non-returnable items
- Digital software, licences and downloadable products.
- Physical products that show signs of misuse, intentional damage or alterations.
Refund timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank policies.
