Install and activate Kaspersky
Choose your device and follow the steps. Most installs take under ten minutes.
- DownloadUse the download link in your email, or get Kaspersky from the official Kaspersky website.
- InstallOpen the downloaded file and follow the steps. If another antivirus is installed, the installer will ask you to remove it.
- Sign inCreate or sign in to your free My Kaspersky account when the app asks.
- ActivateEnter the activation code from your email exactly as written, with the dashes.
- DownloadUse the link in your email to download Kaspersky for Mac.
- InstallOpen the .dmg file, run the installer and allow the permissions macOS asks for in System Settings.
- Sign inSign in to the same My Kaspersky account you use on your other devices.
- ActivateIf the licence is not added automatically, enter your activation code.
- Get the appOpen Google Play and install Kaspersky (the official app from Kaspersky).
- Allow permissionsGive the permissions the app asks for, so it can scan apps and block dangerous links.
- Sign inSign in to your My Kaspersky account.
- ActivateYour licence is applied from your account, or enter the code under Subscription.
- Get the appOpen the App Store and install Kaspersky.
- Sign inSign in to your My Kaspersky account.
- Turn on protectionFollow the app to enable safe browsing and the VPN profile (Plus and Premium).
- ActivateYour licence is linked through your account.
Tip: install Kaspersky on all your devices with the same My Kaspersky account. You can then see and manage them in one place.

How do I receive my licence?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email your activation code and the download link. You can also ask us to send it on WhatsApp.
Which payment methods can I use?
Wave, Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money, or a Visa or Mastercard card. All prices are in CFA francs.
Can I use one licence on a phone and a computer?
Yes. A 3-device licence can cover, for example, a Windows laptop, an Android phone and an iPhone. Install the app on each device and sign in to the same My Kaspersky account.
I already use Kaspersky. How do I renew?
Buy the same plan for the same number of devices and enter the new code in the app. The new year is added to the time you have left, so you lose nothing by renewing early.
My activation code is not accepted
Check that you chose the right product (Standard, Plus or Premium) and that you typed the code with the dashes. If it still fails, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp.
How do I move my licence to a new phone?
Sign in to My Kaspersky on the new phone. If your licence is full, remove the old device from your account first.
